Initial Consultation

A free 30-minute call to understand your wallet count, device types, backup methods, and audit goals. We discuss whether you need the full annual audit or a focused session. No private information is collected during this call.

Secure Intake

You receive a password-protected intake form listing your devices, approximate wallet count, and backup locations. The form never asks for seed phrases, private keys, or passphrase words.

Pre-Session Preparation

Our auditor reviews your intake form and prepares a session checklist tailored to your setup. We confirm the session date, format (in-person or video), and any devices you will bring to the office.

Audit Session

The core session runs three to four hours. We work through each wallet systematically: device inspection, address verification, on-chain balance confirmation, and backup location documentation. You display addresses on your devices; we record and cross-reference.

Reserve Summary Draft

Within five business days, you receive a draft PDF reserve summary covering all documented wallets, devices, backups, and holdings. You review for accuracy and request corrections if needed.

Final Delivery & Follow-Up

The signed final document is delivered electronically. A 30-day email support window covers clarification questions about the summary contents. Optional: schedule a successor briefing or mid-year seed phrase check.
