Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing procedures for Desktop Cedarfield audit sessions.

Overview
This policy covers refunds for audit preparation sessions booked with Desktop Cedarfield Co., Ltd. All sessions require a 50% deposit at booking.
Cancellation by Client
More than 14 days before session
Full deposit refund. Refund processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Within 14 days of session
50% of deposit retained. Remaining 50% of deposit refunded within 10 business days.
Within 48 hours of session
Deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability within 60 days.
No-show
If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not notify us at least 48 hours in advance, the full deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling
- One free reschedule per booking if requested more than 48 hours before the session
- Additional reschedules within 14 days of the original date incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee
- Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original date
Cancellation by Desktop Cedarfield
If we cancel your session due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Partial Refunds After Session
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered reserve summary:
- Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery
- Specify the documentation errors or omissions
- We will revise the summary at no charge
- If revisions do not resolve the issue, a partial refund of up to 30% of the session fee may be issued at our discretion
Non-Refundable Items
- Sessions where work has been completed and the final reserve summary delivered without documented error
- Administrative fees for rescheduling
- Travel or accommodation costs you incurred to attend an in-person session
- Deposits forfeited due to no-show
Work Already Started
If you cancel after the intake form has been reviewed and session preparation has begun (typically 3+ days before the session), we retain 75% of the deposit regardless of the cancellation timeline above.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account used for the original deposit. International wire refunds may incur bank fees deducted from the refund amount.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
