3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements under the laws of South Korea to use our services.

4. Appointments and Booking

Session bookings require a 50% deposit. Remaining payment is due on the day of the session. Specific cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your wallet setup during intake
Never share private keys, seed phrases, or passphrase words with our staff
Bring all relevant devices and documentation to in-person sessions
Review draft reserve summaries and report errors within the specified review period

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, and documentation templates — is owned by Desktop Cedarfield Co., Ltd. Reserve summaries prepared for you are your property upon full payment. You may use them for personal, tax, and estate planning purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are documentation and audit preparation only. We are not liable for:

Financial losses resulting from cryptocurrency price movements
Inaccessible wallets due to lost credentials not discovered during audit
Actions taken by third parties based on our reserve summaries
Delays caused by incomplete client information

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Session details, wallet structures, and reserve summaries are not shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

9. Website Use

You may not:
